We can offer discounts for three weeks or more , please contact us.
In July & August the minimum stay is one week and changeover day is Saturday, arrival from 4pm, departure by 10am. Outside of these times we can be more flexible. Please contact us to arrange.
All bed linen & towels are provided. Please bring your own towels for use around the pool & beach.(We can provide these at a small charge - please contact us to arrange).
A cot can be provided at no additional cost. Please inform us before your arrival if this is required.
A welcome pack of bread, milk, cheese, butter, coffee, teabags and a bottle of chilled sparkling wine will be provided for you.
During the months of May through September metered electricity is included within the rental cost which will cover normal usage. Any additional electricity used may be charged at cost. Logs for the stove can be supplied for a small charge. In April electricty and logs will be charged at cost.
A payment deposit of 25% of the cost is required at the time of booking. The balance is then payable 2 months before arrival. A full copy of our terms & conditions will be forwarded to you at the time of booking for your acceptance.
Payment accepted by bank transfer. Cheque by arrangement.
Well behaved pets allowed by arrangement.
