St Hilaire De Villefranche (4kms) is our nearest village. It has a small supermarket which stocks virtually everything needed for your stay.
The village has two Boulangeries (bakers) where you can buy your fresh baguette and croissants, butcher, pharmacy, bank with cashpoint, post office, a very good restaurant / bar (Le Centre) and a newsagent / tobacconist. There is also a Pizzaria (open 7 days), another bar/restaurant, hairdresser, garages and a very helpful Tourist Information office. On Sunday mornings there is a little market stall selling Oysters.
In Brizambourg (6kms) you will find a small supermarket, baker, bar/restaurant and newsagent.
At Asnieres La Giraud (10kms) the very typical roadside restaurant does an amazing Sunday lunchtime meal of 4 courses including wine for 12.50 euros - well worth visiting.
