The following is a list of facilities & equipment provided for you during your stay at Chez Rivieres.

 

A 'welcome pack' of bread, cheese, butter, milk, coffee, teabags and a bottle of chilled sparkling wine will be provided for your arrival.

 

Kitchen.

Dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, cooker (gas hob,electric oven,extractor) microwave, kettle, coffee-maker, toaster. Plenty of pots, pans, utensils, crockery, glasses, cutlery etc. Iron & ironing board. Teatowels and dishcloths.

Downstairs shower room.

6 jet massage shower, loo, handbasin, electric heater, heated towel rail, mirror.

Living/Dining room.

Satellite TV, Dvd & VHS players with tape and DVD library. Board games and books. Log-burning stove, 2 sofas, rocking chair, large rug, high chair, refectory table & 6 chairs. Dresser, occasional tables & lamps. Ceiling light/fan, mirror. Childgate for stairs. We also supply a small number of U.K. socket adaptors.

Bedrooms.

1 double bed, 4 single beds & cot. All bed linen, duvets, blankets, pillows. Bedside tables & lamps, mirrors, electric heaters, fans. Child gate for stairs.

Bathroom.

Bath with shower & screen, loo, vanity washstand, electric heater, heated towel rail, mirror, hairdryer. All hand, bath towels & facecloths.*

Outside.

Tiled & gravelled patio with lighting, patio-table, sunshade & 6 chairs, barbecue, rotary clothes-line.
Heated pool with saltwater sanitisation, underwater light and insulated roll-on cover to preserve heat and cleanliness. Solar shower by the hot tub.

7 person hot-tub. Large pool terrace with sun loungers, table & chairs, sunshade and lighting. Pool inflatables.

Roof terrace with seating.

Large lawned garden with trees for shade & fruit trees.

Barn Games Room with Table tennis, darts etc.

During the months of May through September metered electricity is included within the rental cost which will cover normal usage. Any additional electricty used may be charged at cost. Logs for the stove can be supplied for a small charge. Outside of these months electricty and logs will be charged at cost.

Smoke alarms are installed for your safety.

Wi-fi broadband is available FOC, and we have good mobile phone reception.

Well behaved pets allowed by arrangement.

 

* You are requested to bring your own beach / pool towels. (We can provide these at a small charge; please contact us to arrange).
